Your show floor, selling itself.

Draw your floor plan once. Vendors pick their table on a live map, pay on their phone, and the money lands in your Stripe account — receipts, invoices and the waitlist run without you.

The one nobody else does

Regulars buy your whole month in one go.

A dealer who works every one of your shows should not check out eight times. They pick tables across up to ten of your dates and pay for the lot with one button — up to twelve tables in a single order.

  • One checkout, one card charge
  • Each show still gets its own order, invoice and floor plan
  • Tables are held while they shop and released if they walk away

Everything between “I booked the hall” and “we’re sold out.”

It’s About The Fun replaces the spreadsheet, the DMs, the Venmo requests and the hand-drawn map with one system your vendors can use half-asleep.

Draw the room the way it actually is

Tables, booths, aisles, the stage, the restrooms — dragged into place in minutes, on desktop or a phone, with autosave and version history. Duplicate last month’s show and the whole layout comes with it.

  • Real table sizes and prices per table or per section
  • Works on a phone at the venue, autosaves every change
  • Draft privately, then publish to a public, shareable map

Vendors buy their own tables. You keep every dollar.

The public map shows live availability. A vendor taps the tables they want — one, or a whole row across three of your shows — pays once, and they flip to sold for everyone else — no double-booking, no “is B7 still open?” texts. You connect your own Stripe account, so table money never passes through us.

  • Bulk buying: up to 12 tables per show, across up to 10 of your shows, in one payment
  • Stripe checkout under your own name
  • Held tables release automatically if payment stalls
  • Refunds from the orders screen, comps from the show

The boring parts happen on their own

Every sale sends a receipt and files an invoice. A cancelled table goes to your waitlist, in order, with a time-boxed offer. RSVPs collect themselves. You find out it happened from the report, not from doing it.

  • Branded receipts and numbered invoices by email
  • Waitlist automation that re-sells freed tables
  • Attendee and vendor RSVP pages per show

Live before your next vendor email

Three steps, in order. We approve your first show by hand, so plan for a day rather than an hour.

  1. Connect your Stripe

Paste your own keys in Settings and payouts belong to you from the first sale.

  2. Draw your floor

Start from a template or a blank room. Set table prices as you go.

  3. Publish and share the link

Your show gets its own page and map. Put the link in your vendor email and watch the tables fill.

One plan. Everything. $299 a month.

No tiers, no per-table fees, no percentage of your sales. If a feature exists, you have it.

Questions promoters actually ask

Where does the table money go?

Straight into your own Stripe account. You paste your keys into Settings and every checkout runs under your name. We never hold, route, or take a cut of table revenue — the $299 subscription is the only thing we charge.

What happens when the trial ends?

We are not taking cards yet, so nothing is charged automatically — we will be in touch before your first payment is due, and your account keeps working in the meantime. Cancel any time and you pay nothing at all.

What if a payment fails later?

We retry it and email you. Your pages stay up and nothing is deleted, though new bookings stop until the card is sorted. If it still fails, the account becomes read-only until the card is updated — you keep access to everything you built.

Do my vendors need accounts?

No. Vendors buy from the public map like any online checkout, then manage their booking through a secure link in their receipt. Nobody creates a password to buy a table.

The next table you sell can sell itself.
